About Robyn
Hello, I’m Robyn, a credentialed performance coach and neuro-transformational coach
For the past five years, I’ve been all-in on coaching clients with ADHD—it’s my passion and my mission. I’m fascinated by how the brain drives behavior, and neuroscience is revealing new insights every day.
I love learning how these discoveries can impact energy, mindset, motivation, and change, and I’ve pursued two specialized coaching certifications to dive deeper: a year-long neurotransformational program and an intense performance-based one.
When choosing a coach, make sure they’re certified and tailor their approach to your unique needs!
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outdoors with my rescued animals, enjoying garden life.

About Robyn’s Journey: From Counterintelligence to Education & Coaching
My professional path began in a rather unique way—serving as a US Army Counterintelligence Agent for eight years. Afterward, I followed my passion for education, earning a BA in psychology, a teacher’s certification in elementary education, an M.Ed. from Graceland University, and a graduate certificate in leadership administration.
For over 20 years, I’ve been a leader in public education, holding roles at every level—from schools and districts to the state level. My focus has always been on enhancing organizational systems, improving academic performance, building relationships, and promoting positive behavioral outcomes.
Why Robyn?
When my web designer asked, “Why Robyn?” I turned to those I’ve coached throughout the years. Their feedback reminded me of the impact I’ve made on their lives and careers—something I’m truly proud of.
Here’s a glimpse into what sets me apart:
Energy & Enthusiasm
I’m known for being a vibrant bundle of energy, bringing enthusiasm to everything I do.
Dedication
My commitment to those I serve is unwavering; it’s part of who I am.
Clarity & Logic
My logical and organized approach allows me to break down challenges and deliver insights in a clear, precise way.
Solution-Oriented
I don’t see barriers—only opportunities for growth and change.
Lifelong Learner
I’m endlessly curious, always seeking more knowledge without letting ego get in the way.
My Path to Coaching ADHD
Surrounded by friends and family living with ADHD, I’ve developed a deep empathy and curiosity about the brain and how it shapes behavior. Instead of trying to “fix” ADHD, I’ve learned to adapt—changing how I speak, my facial expressions, body language, and even how I circle back in conversations.
Learning has always been a passion of mine. Funny enough, I didn’t always thrive in school as a child. My endless “why” questions frustrated teachers, which is partly why I became an educator. I wanted to be the teacher I needed growing up.
Now, my mission is to help others navigate their own journeys with compassion, insight, and a solutions-based approach.
